I’ve been a patient at Woo Family Dentistry for a short time and within my time I’ve really appreciated all of my visits! The attentive attitude of the staff throughout the office makes it a pleasant experience. The dentist, assistants, hygienist, & front desk always ensure I have a comfortable experience throughout my treatments. Pointers for the cleanliness of the rooms! extra s/o to the assistants! I am so glad I found this dental office! Friday evening i realized my tooth broke. I called a few places and this was one. I got a call from the dentist on call. He sent over pain meds and antibiotics and made me an appointment for today. I am scared of the dentist and have bad anxiety. They helped me with that, and were so caring and talked me through each step of the dental work. I highly recommend!

I have found a wonderful dental office and I recommend The Woo Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental office for all of their dental procedures. The young ladies at the front desk were friendly and very thorough about insurance coverage and pricing. Dr. Woo was an awesome Dentist. I had a tooth bothering me for a while and Dr. Woo and his dental assistants made my dental work pain free. I was very amazed. This crew is the real deal. Wish I had more stars to give . Such a wonderful office and highly recommend! I had a last minute dental emergency and Dr. Woo and his staff were all so wonderful, helpful and really alleviated the stress around the entire situation. Dr. Woo explained all decision points and potential outcomes clearly and thoroughly, and I felt very empowered in making an informed decision regarding my teeth. This office is truly a gem in the East Bay!

I am amazed with how amazing all the staff is at this dentist office. Sara in the front has always been so helpful and a delight to speak to when I call with questions. Having dealt with other dentists in the past I was nervous to search for a new dentist. Everyone is always very and kind.
